PUBLIC NOTICE
At the Annual Reorganization Meeting of the Woodbine Board of Education (BOE), held on January 4, 2024, the BOE established the third Monday of each month at 6:00 pm as the date and time for regular monthly meetings held in the library of the Woodbine Elementary School, located at 801 Webster Street, Woodbine, NJ 08270. A special meeting will be scheduled if there is business to attend to. All meetings for the 2024 calendar year shall be held according to the following dates/times:
January 4, 2024 at 6:00pm (Re-Organization)
February 12, 2024 at 6:00 pm
March 18, 2024 at 6:00 pm
April 29, 2024 at 6:00 pm (Budget Hearing)
May 20, 2024 at 6:00 pm
June 17, 2024 at 6:00 pm
February 12, 2024 at 6:00 pm
March 18, 2024 at 6:00 pm
April 29, 2024 at 6:00 pm (Budget Hearing)
May 20, 2024 at 6:00 pm

The schedule for meetings shall be in effect until the Annual Reorganization Meeting of the BOE. In the event a meeting date falls on a holiday, due public notice will be provided. Each Meeting will commence at 6:00 P.M. unless otherwise indicated.
These meetings will be held for whatever business may come before the BOE. The closed portion of the meeting from which the public is excluded will be for the purpose of discussing a matter or matters permitted to be discussed in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act. Formal action may be taken at any Voting Session meeting.
Notice of any special meeting of the BOE other than those designated above shall be forwarded to The Press of Atlantic City and the South Jersey Times, both being newspapers designated by the BOE to receive notice under the provisions of the New Jersey Open Public Meeting Law at least 48 hours prior to such meeting being held. Public Notice of any special meeting shall also be posted at least 48 hours prior to its occurrence.
